Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using any website, digital service, or mobile platform operated by Travel With VK ("TWVK", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website(s), mobile site, agent portals, or any online services we offer (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to abide by the following terms.
 

1. Purpose and Acceptance of Terms

The Site is provided for your convenience and general informational use. Accessing or using the Site in any way signifies that you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it’s your responsibility to review them regularly. 15. Feedback and Submissions

If you submit feedback or ideas, you grant TWVK the unrestricted right to use that feedback without compensation to you. All such submissions are subject to our Privacy Policy.

16. Independent Entities

Nothing in these Terms establishes a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and TWVK. Each party remains independent.
